We are looking for an experienced hands-on Senior Engineering Manager for hire and manage the team of Engineers for our Automotive Security Operations Center. Able to hire strong technical Engineering resources and collaborate with other Engineering teams. This individual should have the ability to work with external/internal teams and establish a healthy productive environment.
Key Domain Areas of Work:Ability to hire talented Engineers in Security Operations.Guide team in performing incident investigations and responses to incidents.Review Standard Operating Procedures, Incident Response Plans.Facilitate the team with deep-dive analysis by procuring the tools and trainings for the team.Conduct tabletop exercises with Automotive SOC stakeholders and recommend changes, improvements in the security processes, and technologies.Perform Incident Reviews, remediations plans.Collaborate with different teams such as Software, IT Security, Legal, Safety to improve automotive security posture of Lucid.Provide technical guidance to the team members and establish roadmap.Set Long/Short term goals for the team, evaluate their performance and provide constant feedback Work closely with larger Automotive Cyber Security team to enhance the security processes, and technologies.
You have:Bachelor/Master of Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity.Minimum 15+ years of direct experience as an Automotive/Information Security Management role.Hands-on experience in Engineering, Operational processes followed in Security OperationsMinimum of 5+ years of experience in managing the teams for performing Security Operations.Good understanding of Threat Assessment, Proactive Threat Hunting and familiar with Security tools.Experience with SIEM Tools(eg: Splunk, Logrhythm).Experience with host and network monitoring and security tools.Familiarity with Threat Intelligence tools and technologies.Proven ability to document the findings and report the security incidents to relevant stakeholders.Experienced in performing tabletop exercises.Good understanding of Security Processes, Tools and implementations.Good understanding of data compliance, Governance.Good understanding of Cybersecurity Frameworks such as SANs, NIST Cybersecurity frameworks.Proven ability to leverage Mitre ATT&CK framework, for implementing Security Monitoring & Detection controls.

**Description**

This is an exciting new role, where you'll have the opportunity to work on bringing new products to life with the level of reliability that delights our customers and defines what we do at Apple. • Lead Ongoing Reliability Testing (ORT) in order to enable scaling of validated prototype designs into full production, accounting for the effects of material, process, design robustness, supply chain and final assembly on the product. • Collaborate with the Apple module and system reliability engineering teams to lead the operational readiness activities to allow smooth ramp from validated prototypes to full scale production. • Facilitate problem resolution by driving cross functional focus on identified reliability issues and partnering with Failure Analysis engineers to assure true root cause is identified and addressed through validated corrective actions. • Become the gatekeeper of reliability risk during product ramp and full production, making data driven recommendations on how to effectively address reliability excursions and newly identified failure modes. • Partner with the sustaining and AppleCare teams to identify areas where the reliability experience can be further enhanced and drive improvements back to better factory detection and improved Ongoing Reliability Tests. Collaborate with the reliability and design teams to incorporate the lessons learned into future designs. • Invent new ways of testing to improve efficiency and increase detection rates. Investigate ways to utilize big data and machine learning to enhance reliability testing and create new early warning systems.

A degree in an engineering discipline, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, etc

+ • Working knowledge of quality concepts (control charts, CpK)

+ • Hands on experience with reliability and testing of complex electromechanical

+ devices or consumer electronics and modules (display, camera, speaker, printed circuits, battery, buttons, vibrator)

The Senior Manager of Data Operations is a staff member of the Operational Data Solutions Delivery Team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of data pipelines, integrations, and M&E of the cloud-based DAL (Data Access Layer) platform.

This person will own end to end code deployments and release lifecycle ensuring each is thoroughly in support of all audit and compliance requirements. As primary point of contact for all incidents and outages relating to DAL processes and job cycles, this role would provide an excellent opportunity to work with cross functional teams and senior leaders.
