Execute, analyze and author a wide range of market research, empowering HSB with actionable insights that help drive decision making within our business. Conduct research in the areas of market sizing, product analysis, competitive intelligence, economic analysis, and innovation support, including cross-team liaising in support of broader team initiatives. Interpret data to ultimately draw out the most actionable and relevant findings, using intuition and experience to identify objective conclusions to share with the business. In partnership with other team members, be directly involved in project scoping, data gathering, analysis, report design and socialization of research findings.

In addition, help build our current and future trend framework, from supporting the creation of the back-end information storage mechanism to assisting in the authorship of articles and reports that will be distributed internally within the organization to fuel product and service innovation.
