Job Description:
Under direct supervision, responsible for providing graphic support for proposals, property marketing, promotions, public relations materials for all business lines and possibly advertisements for visual communications media. Strong creative writing skills recommended to assist with content reviews and digital marketing collaterals.
Essential Job Duties:
Independently project manage business development and property marketing materials while setting well-defined expectations to a broker/client and clearly communicating progress to the team. Designs and produces marketing materials including flyers, offering memorandums, e-mail blasts, invitations, announcements, presentation boards, maps, stacking plans, aerials, tables, charts, etc. (using corporate branding standards, content style guidelines and templates). Responsible for layout, design and production activities to produce quality graphic-design art work. Develop and deliver high-impact communications to achieve business plan goals and objectives Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from brokers, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Corporate Provides final quality control check (all internal and external collateral materials), including proofreading for grammar, request for proposal (RFP) compliance and conformance to established strategies and plans within customer defined timeframes Coordinates graphic production requirements with printers, vendors and the Marketing and Public Relations Department's overall publication schedules. Ensure corporate brand standards are met and style guidelines are followed. Ability to work creatively and collaboratively in a team. May perform other duties as assigned. Ability to multi-task and establish personal objectives to meet established deadlines.
Skills, Education and Experience:
College degree in marketing, design, communications or related field. 5 years proven work experience marketing, communications, or similar role within an in-house marketing team. Commercial Real Estate Industry experience preferred, but not required. Minimum 5 years graphic design work experience. Knowledge of appropriate desktop publishing software (Adobe CC InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and the Microsoft Office Suite). Excellent written, verbal communication, and storytelling skills Strong written English language skills; ideally AP style Creativity and the ability to develop dynamic new original content in a variety of formats Highly organized, detailed self-starter that produces accurate, high-quality work with an eye for presenting visual material Strong time management/prioritization skills
