Usually, senior tellers don't need a college education. The most common degree for senior tellers is bachelor's degree with 45% graduates, with only 24% senior teller graduates earning associate degree. Senior tellers who decided to graduate from college often finish University of Phoenix or DeVry University. Some good skills to have in this position include team support, excellent client and quality customer service.
