The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $104,000-$156,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package. These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. About the Role We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our growing design organization. As a senior individual contributor, you'll play a key role in setting design direction, shaping product strategy, and driving high-quality user experiences. How You'll Have an Impact Partner with cross-functional teams to get design projects prioritized, shipped, and delivering measurable results. Contribute to design culture and team growth, including interviewing and mentoring. What You'll Need 8+ years of professional product design experience. A strong portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design work - from defining problems and audiences through product adoption and iteration. Experience driving product growth through experimentation, data-informed design, and continuous iteration. You've already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you're excited to dive in and learn fast. You're hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient. Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment and bring cross-functional teams together. A systems-thinking mindset, able to identify and design for common components and scalable patterns.
