The Sr. Engineer will be a senior member of a team accountable for the design, implementation, management, maintenance and security of the Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) Microsoft 365 (M365) platform. The Sr. Engineer will collaborate with operation teams to optimize and secure M365 product suites, which includes identity, communications, collaboration, analytics and visualization, advanced technology, productivity tools and emerging technologies. Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and features, recommending continuous improvements and new functionalities. Communicate change requests, issues and resolutions, event status as well other important matters to all areas of IT and customer departments. Identify, resolve and escalate business issues as appropriate. Escalation point for operations support team. Manage after hours and on-call support.
