Mitigation/Restoration experience is CRITICAL.
Proven track record in a service-based industry (e.g., HVAC, Pest Control).

Reconcile/Verify certain reoccurring expenses (cell phone, insurance, local taxes, business license, etc.) prior to processing payment
Position Requirements
3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online
2+ years of experience with collection activities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice
Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong professional background of 2-3 years A/P and A/R experience preferred
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
