Lead team projects and development requests to understand the business ask, gather requirements, implement solutions, document process and procedures, and support them post go-live. Implement, enforce, and use current programming practices and tools, such as SharePoint Designer, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Nintex Workflow and Forms to build custom applications and provide estimates of resources required to complete tasks. Help identify operational requirements for servers, disk storage, workstation specifications, networks, etc. Design, document, and test developed applications and packaged solutions to ensure functional accuracy while considering process recovery Work with user groups, support organizations and suppliers to resolve problems and acquire information required to conduct department activities
