Key Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately from inventory based on order sheets and system instructions Receive inbound shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips or purchase orders Package customer orders to XOTIC PC's strict packaging and protection standards Ship high-performance desktops, laptops, and accessories with care and precision Unpack and inspect incoming products for damage or discrepancies Stock and downstock warehouse inventory on shelving Use ladders safely to place or retrieve product on high shelves Break down boxes and maintain a clean, organized workspace Use carts and transport equipment to move packages and components safely Assist in palletizing larger shipments Lift and carry items weighing up to 50-60 lbs Receive forklift operation training (forklift experience is a plus!)
