Process customer shipping documents in Job Boss including pack list, pick list and BOL (bills of lading).
Complete all customer ASN's (Advance Shipping Notice) before the end of shift. Ensure all information is accurately transmitted without grief from customer.
Ensure all skids & cartons are accurately counted and labeled prior to loading the carrier.
Performs inventory transactions & make material adjustments (location to location).
Print all customer labels for packages, cartons, skids, tubs and returnable containers.
Prepares paperwork for accounting department to process export documentation for international shipments.
Assist with processing receiving paperwork from outside services.
Process Fed-Ex and UPS documentation online for overnight and expedite shipments.
Assist with processing / packaging customer expedites.
Assist with packing parts as necessary.
Verifies that all shipping paperwork is accurate and complete before forwarding to customer service and accounting.
Immediately notify Customer Service if product is in jeopardy of not shipping.
Review all daily shipping requirements from Customer Service.

This position will work with the Materials Department supporting manufacturing and ensuring all production material is stored and moved safely to meet production requirements. The position tier will be determined by the individual's level of proficiency and the scope of responsibilities, as determined by management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: *Levels are determined by the skills and requirements needed for a particular area and/or the number of functional areas that an employee has been trained and deemed competent in, along with having responsibilities in those areas.
Materials Clerk: Position begins at level II
• Kit work orders with required components, pull parts per First In First Out (FIFO), pull quantity requested, record lot number, allocate, and deliver to proper work center per Bill of Materials (BOM)/Traveler.
• Work with desktop computers and hand-held computers (scanners) to process ALL inventory transactions.
• Put Quality Assurance accepted parts into component parts inventory.
• Process production returns, review reconciliation paperwork, and make sure all parts returned have the right part number, lot number and Qty. per form. Make new labels and place in locations.
• Enter required information into the data system for Work Orders and Component distribution.
• Update/Change labels through Warehouse Management System (WMS) as required.
• Reconcile of any POUS from the clean room before moving to next lot.
• Refill any POUS product when used up in the cleanroom with the next FIFO lot number.
• Generate back order tags as needed.
• Fill material electronic requests from all work centers, departments or personnel as needed.

Purpose:
Operates vehicles to transport equipment for the dealership. May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures. Performs lot maintenance duties for all departments in the store and Complete Goods Inventories and Tracking.
Responsibilities:
Transports equipment to/from customers and/or between dealer facilities
Supports the sales department with equipment delivery as needed
Maintains records of pickup and delivery and obtains necessary signatures and receipts
Maintains all required certifications in line with DOT, OSHA, and company policy
Accounts for all time and all distance traveled in performing assigned duties
May need to maintain assigned trucks and related equipment in good condition
May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures as required
Maintenance of the facility
Loading and unloading trucks
May operate a forklift to transport parts, equipment, and supplies for the dealership
Receive in and track inventories by managing our DIT (Digital Inventory Tracking) program utilizing a digital scanner
May perform grounds maintenance for the dealer properties
May be required to assist in moving displays or equipment within the dealership
Responsible for other duties as assigned by your manager
Requirements:
Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:
1+ years experience as a rollback truck operator and/or pickup truck with trailer
Ability to obtain DOT medical card required
CDL license preferred but not required
Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs. repeatedly
High school diploma or equivalent experience
