Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all inventory both inside and outside the facility
Manage the receipt of all inventory, such as new, returns, and to be refurbished products, including unloading, counting, and inputting inventory data into the ERP system
Label inventory with the correct item numbers, ensure it is suitably packaged for storage, and stock inventory in the correct location
Package/ship product to replenish internal and external inventory needs (via sales orders/ bill of ladings, transfer orders, etc.)
Organize and manage the storage of all inventory in a safe and secure manner
Perform inventory audits, cycle counting, and physical inventory counts on daily, weekly or quarterly intervals
Pick, pack, and create outbound shipments to satisfy sales orders
Utilizes material handling equipment to unload and load customer/vendor shipments
Maintain a high degree of accuracy in all activities and perform them in a timely manner
Verify the accuracy and quality of inbound and outbound shipments (quality control)
Process returns efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory updates and timely communication with appropriate internal contacts
Use of various software including the CRM, NetSuite ERP, and Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
