The Child Nutrition Inventory Clerk oversees the receiving of Child Nutrition products from
vendors and USDA. The clerk ensures that deliveries from the warehouse to all school sites are

for review from state or federal authorities at any time. All Commodity distribution and Mid-Del
CN procedures including safe receiving, storage, handling, and transferring must be followed.

Submits verification of all deliveries to the CN office.
Receives food and supply orders from the Child Nutrition Office for school sites.
Completes the transfer of food and supply items in CN online software, Mosaic.
Supplies the warehouse workers with a summary of pull items for deliveries to school sites
and ensures all items pulled are correct prior to delivery.
Ensures all necessary delivery documentation is signed and returned after delivery is made.
Assists with deliveries and pickups when needed.
Completes monthly inventories on USDA and non-USDA food and supply items.

• Assists with new supplier selection, reviews of new products, prices, and terms to stay competitive.
• Assist in the development, tracking, and reporting of key suppliers and departmental performance metrics.

Qualifications
High School diploma
Minimum of 5+ years' related work experience
Prior experience in the oil and gas industry, including experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
Knowledge of Caterpillar engines and Ariel compressors, as well as Waukesha and related spare parts, is preferred.
Must have a great understanding of the invoicing/billing process (if applicable).
Must be capable of lifting (up to 50 lbs.), push/pull (up to 70 lbs.) and operating light equipment within a warehouse environment
Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification and properly use/operate lift trucks and general equipment used in a warehouse.
Capable of effective communication with personnel at various levels.
Possess math aptitude necessary to do inventory calculations.
Capable of handling multiple tasks and deal effectively with interruptions.
Good customer service skills; displays a professional can-do attitude.
Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, fingers to perform fine motor skills; possess good hand/eye coordination; handle or feel; reach with. The employee is frequently required to stand and/or sit for long periods of time; infrequently/frequently get in/out of truck cab; up/down from truck bed; walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. employee will also be required to work outside in extreme heat and or cold; the ability to use hands and arms to regularly/frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds; and infrequently/occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.

What You Will Do
The Lab Inventory Specialist will work on the Engineering Lab team that is part of the Unitary Products Group (UPG) for Bosch. In this division we design, test, manufacture and assemble heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment for the light commercial and residential markets. This is an opportunity to work in our new, state-of-the-art laboratory!
How You Will Do It
Manage lab inventory of finished goods.
Assign lab identification numbers to all test units.
Develop new lab processes for improved efficiency.
Coordinate shipments of finished goods and parts to/from the test lab.
Manage lab compressor inventory.
Follow established safety procedures and help drive a safety culture in the lab.
Other duties as assigned.
