Responsible for storage, withdrawal and delivery of hazardous raw material throughout the facility.
Performs inventory checks and cycle counts of both raw materials and finished goods to ensure inventory accuracy.
Performs pre-loading checks for containers to confirm suitability prior to loading.
Assists in training newer, less experienced employees (e.g., Shipper/Receiver) on all aspects of the job.
knowledge Skills and abilities:
Must pass a Security Threat Analysis by TSA for this position and it is highly recommended to pass the California Board of Pharmacy course.
Must possess a valid driver's license in the state in which the employee works and meet the Qualifying Driver Criteria of the which includes but is not limited to a 5-year Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) lookback of major driving violations.
Requires basic computer skills.
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs.
Prolonged standing during an entire shift.

The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for the complete management of logistics operations at the Terry Center Loading Dock and the Veterinary Hospital's mail room. Receiving Position Summary:
Receives, verifies, and inspects incoming shipments of lumber and other building materials.
Position Responsibilities:
· Receives incoming shipments of lumber and building materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries by reconciling with internal purchase orders.
· Inspects received materials for damage, quality issues, and reports any concerns to the Operations management.
· Records and updates inventory levels in the system, maintaining accurate records of received materials.
· Organizes and stores received materials in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient space utilization and easy accessibility.
· Coordinates with Purchasing to resolve any shipment discrepancies or issues.
· Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
· Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to company safety protocols and procedures.
· Participates in periodic inventory counts and audits as required.
· May also assist/perform duties of Receiving Specialist.
· All other duties as needed or assigned.
Requirements:
Education/Formal Training:
· High School Diploma / GED
Work Experience:
· Ability to operate a forklift in a safe and appropriate manner.
· Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably in the lumber and building materials industry.

Responsibilities:
Assist the machine operator in arranging and maintaining an efficient and organized work area
Remove trays of cards from boxes and place them behind the appropriate feeders
Inspect trays of cards for defects, cutting, or printing errors, and ensure they meet established quality standards
Load verified cards into the correct feeders to maintain continuous production
Follow quality control procedures, safety rules, and emergency protocols
Participate in the company recycling program and maintain a clean, orderly work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned by the machine operator or supervisor
Requirements:
This position is entry-level, no experience needed
Ability to safely and successfully perform all essential job functions
Ability to meet quality and productivity standards
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
Ability to stand for the entire shift and walk around the warehouse
Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
Mandatory overtime may be required
Schedule:
2-2-3 Rotation (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, etc.)
Every Other Weekend
Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.15 per hour
