Job Description Automotive BDC Internet Sales This position responds to internet and phone inquiries from potential customers looking primarily for price, payments and availability. You will identify their needs, answer the questions in a pleasant manner and assist them to the best of your ability. Your primary function is to make appointments for customers to visit our dealership so that we can sell and deliver a vehicle. BDC Sales Responsibilities: Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries. Logging customer details and comments in our system. Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers. Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products. Greeting and assisting walk-in customers and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect. Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
