    The Role We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and management of work adherence for two Energy Center plants providing 300MW of reliable energy in an off-grid installation. You will focus on Energy Center maintenance activities and scheduling, minimizing plant risk and out-of-service time for critical equipment, and identifying the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for the Energy Center. Duties will include coordinating with all Energy Center organizations to resolve variances in scheduled activities and prioritizing work activities based on equipment impact. You will report to our Site Manager of New Albany South and be based in/near New Albany, Ohio.
