Complex Configuration and Compliance Assurance Lead the end-to-end configuration and design of the most complex PAT and Benefits processes, including advanced calculation rules for overtime/shift differentials, complex accrual and balance plans, regional/country-specific time policies, and Evidence of Insurability (EOI) rules.
