We're looking for experienced Chemistry Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to bring deep domain expertise and elevate the quality of AI training data. Requirements What You'll Do: Collaborate with AI research teams to improve model understanding and reasoning in the Chemistry domain. Create and maintain annotation standards specific to Chemistry, ensuring precision and consistency. Develop rubrics, evaluation frameworks, and guidelines to assess AI reasoning and task performance.
