Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress over time.
Trend Identification: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in production data to recommend actionable improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and operations teams to implement data-driven strategies for process optimization and continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
5 years related experience; or an equivalent in combination of education and experience.
Proven experience in industrial engineering converting manual processes to automated.
Ideal candidates will have a background working in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of automation technologies, including PLCs, robotics, and process control systems.
Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, simulation software).
Six Sigma Certification a plus
