+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Position Summary
We're seeking a hands-on, creative Automation Engineer to join our growing team. This role offers the best of both worlds: designing and integrating automation systems for TRI's in-house plastics production lines (including injection and blow molding processes) as well as for external customer projects involving custom automation equipment.

Key Responsibilities
· Design, program, and integrate automation systems for TRI's in-house molding operations and for external customers.
· Develop and debug PLC and HMI programs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, Beckhoff, Mitsubishi, etc.).
· Oversee automation build, wiring, and integration; perform on-site commissioning and troubleshooting.
· Implement automation improvements to increase production efficiency, reduce labor, and enhance product quality.
· Work closely with TRI's mechanical engineers, production managers, and overseas component suppliers.
· Prepare wiring diagrams, system layouts, user manuals, and test procedures.
· Support ongoing process enhancements and standardization efforts across TRI's production operations.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 2-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation or equipment integration.
· Experience with injection molding or blow molding automation preferred.
· Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, servo motion, robotics, and industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profinet).
· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar design software.
· Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
· Capable of managing multiple automation projects in a fast-paced environment.
· Willingness to travel occasionally for project installation and support.

Senior Scheduling Engineer II - Nuclear/DOE
Software engineer job in Oak Ridge, TN
Senior Scheduling Engineer - Nuclear/DOE $85+/hr., DOE, time, and a half for overtime, per diem of $150/day. Through to May 2024 with strong possibility of extension. Must work at site, no remote. This is in support of the Uranium Processing Facility (UPF) at the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, TN. This $6.5 billion project and will be a first-of-its-kind complex for enriched uranium operations in support of Y-12 mission, and 70-year-old facility.
For this project, you will work on a 9-80 schedule with every other Friday off. Start times are flexible but the standard work week is Monday - Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. The schedule on working Fridays is: 7:00 am-3:30 pm.
This is not a remote nor teleworking role as the team is located onsite.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with at least 9 years of professional experience, or in lieu of degree, a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 15 years of professional experience.
• This role requires a facility-specific clearance that requires U.S. Citizenship to obtain.
• Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, which includes verification of employment and education.
• Must be able to obtain site security badge for access to the work site.
