Own the full development lifecycle-requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support. Build and maintain SQL Server databases, integrations, APIs, and cloud-hosted services. Create clean, user-friendly front ends using modern JavaScript frameworks. Improve quality and speed through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development tools. Evaluate and integrate AI services where they deliver measurable value-always aligned with security and data governance standards. Collaborate across IT and business teams, document your work, and share knowledge to raise the bar for everyone. What You'll Bring 3-5 years of professional development experience. A solid understanding of manufacturing and order-to-cash processes (order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, payments). Strong SQL Server skills and experience building business-focused data solutions. Comfort working independently, juggling priorities, and owning outcomes. Experience in Agile or iterative development environments. Hands-on experience (or strong interest) using AI tools like Claude, GPT, or Copilot to support development. ERP or business systems experience is a big plus; Access/VBA is a bonus.
