Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, SQS, SNS, EC2, CloudFormation, and RDS. Familiarity with geospatial data formats, tools, and standards (OGC, GeoServer, PostGIS, ESRI). Experience with IC enterprise tools (Keycloak, Vault, CloudFormation). Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, CISSP, Security+, SAFe Agile, or similar.
