Primary Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities
* As a Solutions Engineering manager, take technology ownership of highly complex systems and platforms
* As a people manager, hire and develop talent to build, enhance and support the highly complex systems. Lead a team of software engineers, leads and analysts to create an engaged, productive work environment.
* Responsible for leading the design, configuration, engineering, integration, and implementation of application platforms components and services and advise the engineering teams that work across teams to design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions across full-stack development tools and technologies.

* Develop and operationalize new program(s) within each capability areas from RFP, to testing, deployment, assessments, and execution
