Job Overview: If you have experience in soldering electronic components, we are interested in you. The position is light-duty with minimal physical limitations. This position starts at $15.50/hr with no experience, but experienced soldering techs can earn more.
Work Environment
- Very casual clothes permitted (shorts, t-shirt, and sneakers are no problem).
- You can listen to music on your headphones at work (as long as it can be done safely).
- We are one of the few manufacturing plants in Louisville with AC and heating.
- Can you believe that so many places won’t allow you to have your cell phone with you at work? Not us. While we don’t want you watching Netflix at work, we understand the importance of having your phone available.

- Apply epoxy to damaged PC Boards to repair fiberglass
- Install missing pads
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- (MUST have experience soldering Printed Circuit Board Assemblies and have IPC-A 610 or 620 certification).
Additional Information
- Candidates must be willing to undergo and successfully pass a background check and drug screening

Soldering Qualifications:
- Lift 10lbs daily and lift/move up to 50lbs weekly.
