Our Investment Operations solution is a full lifecycle of investment activities through an integrated data, technology and operations model that supports all product types. The Trade Support team is the first touch point for our clients' investment activity. * Get involved on projects: with clients as their investment strategies shift and internally to increase efficiency and decrease risk
Standard Job Responsibilities

Under minimal supervision, performs moderately complex functions supporting trading and client services activities including trade processing and settlement. Using systematic and analytical tools to ensure established procedures are followed and minimal risk is taken on with regards to timely and accurate trade capture, confirmation, communication, and settlement. Maintains records of moderate complexity in accordance with department policies and procedures. Work closely with team members at all levels. Searches for fail points in processes and drafts reports to be provided to clients. Has some knowledge of compliance rules and service level agreements. Escalates external errors. Correction of internal errors is at the discretion of the client. Uses some knowledge of what constitutes an exception to review and identify exceptions in documentation. Confirms findings with more senior team members. If exceptions are found, checks against review guidelines to see if internal and client procedures were followed. Prepares system-generated reports or templates and conducts general data validation and reconciliation. Reviews work of junior team members. No direct reports. **This Co-Op would requires 3 rotations with full time employment in each. The rotation is Spring 2023, Fall 2023 and Summer 2024.**
**POSITION PURPOSE**
The Co-Op student will work in Merchandising Solutions and will be rotated through three different functions of Home Depot Merchandising each semester. The co-op will work in Supplier Collaboration, Pricing, and Assortment Planning.
In Supplier Collaboration they will own a Supplier Review and Execution Process for a specific product category either in Décor, Hardlines, or Building Materials. They will learn how suppliers understand their performance and leverage the Supplier Analytics Program to drive sales and inventory productivity. Their focus will be on curating viable business recommendations with suppliers, presenting and gaining buy in from Merchants and the ecosystem, and executing these across stores and online.
In Pricing they will own a major portion of the analytics that power a Pricing Strategic Review for a specific product category either in Décor, Hardlines, or Building Materials. The focus will be on understanding the business, pricing strategy, how price can be used as a lever in pursuit of that strategy, and the setup, design, and rollout of pilot programs to improve performance of the business area.
In Assortment Planning they will own a Product Line Business Review either in Décor, Hardlines, or Building Materials. The purpose will be to develop and help drive the overall merchandising strategy for the assigned product category. The focus will be to conduct analytics and present recommendations for store clustering, product adds/drops/keeps, space optimization, and overall financial impact of the Business Review.
