To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.
Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors.

Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes.
Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned.
Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.

As a CNA, You Will:
Provide Essential Care: Perform vital sign measurements, record patient statistics (intake/output, height/weight), and obtain routine lab samples.
Assist with Daily Living: Help patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and toileting.
Facilitate Treatment & Mobility: Assist with patient equipment, move and transfer patients, and transport them for testing or treatment.
Ensure Safety & Hygiene: Implement strict infection control protocols, maintain clean and orderly patient rooms, and assist with meal setup and feeding.
Be a Critical Observer: Observe and report patient progress, identify needs for medical intervention, and remove potential hazards.
Be a Team Player: Respond promptly to signal lights, actively participate as a collaborative team member, and contribute to seamless care delivery.

Job Requirements
Education: CNA Certification
Licensure: ND State Nursing Assistant Registry
Experience: Previous health care experience preferred but not required.
