CRCST/ CSPDT, CST or CER/CFER, CST certification is required. Must also obtain CIS/CSIS, CHL/CSPM or STERIS Assessment certification within 12 months of hire.

Pay range for this opportunity is $20.54 - $29.35.

The technician maintains established inventory levels by checking supplies and equipment. Orders supplies for the area. Key Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, orderly work area while handling various types of equipment, instruments, and supplies used during surgical procedures.
Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instrumentation, equipment and supplies for the OR and other areas as needed.
Keep accurate quality control records regarding Bowie-Dick Tests, Biologics and individual load records.
Ensure adequate inventory of necessary supplies for the Sterile Processing department and order as needed.
Transport sterile supplies and equipment to other areas of the hospital.
Maintain and care for equipment and supplies. Document maintenance and repairs.
Maintain department records, reports and files as required.
Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs.
Consistently provide accurate and complete hand-off communication to any healthcare provider according to hospital policy.
Attend 80% of all department meetings and required to review and initial all department minutes missed.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Pay range for this opportunity is $20.54 - $29.35.
