Requirements: Grasping: There is a bilateral full-hand grip required to up stack/ down stack boxes of finished product onto pallets and the lifting of wooden pallets. A full hand grip of the dominant hand is required to operate the Forklift. Standing: The team member stands on the platform of the truck that is covered with a non-slip coating. When the team member is not operating the Forklift, he stands and walks on a cement floor. Lifting: The team member is required to lift wooden pallets and finished boxed product which weigh between 5 and 80 pounds.
