Moves levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus. Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials or hooks tow trucks to trailer hitch, and transports load to designated area. Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device. Inventories materials on work floor, and supply workers with materials as needed. Weighs materials or products and records weight on tags, labels, or production schedules. Loads or unloads materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting device. Recharges batteries or replaces liquefied gas tank. When and Where: This will be a 1st Shift M-F position located at our Plant in Cusseta, AL. Occasionally, this may require you to arrive early, stay late, or work on weekends, outside of our regular hours, to ensure we successfully meet customer needs, deadlines, or urgent requests. What You Need to Have: HS diploma or GED Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a level sufficient to safely and effectively perform job duties, including following work instructions, safety procedures, and company communications.
