Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform pre-shift forklift inspections on forklift. * Record preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, production output and other key metrics, performing mathematical calculations as needed. * Safely operate a propane sit-down forklift to move raw materials or finished products throughout the manufacturing floor, which includes, but is not limited to, keeping production line clear and running and keeping product and raw materials properly stored. * Visually inspect material for quality defects; Segregate defective product and notify supervisor. * Fill dumpsters from production floor; Housekeeping of plant (inside and out). * Work as a team with production and shipping team to follow all facility Standard Works/processes and improve operations. * Support the recycling area, when needed, and help to keep it organized. * Fill in on other areas of the plant (e.g., Machine Operator) as required. * Assists forklift operator II as needed. * Other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: * Highly motivated with a good, sound work ethic. * Prior experience operating a propane sit-down forklift or other mobile equipment (Powered Industrial Trucks). * Must demonstrate safe working practices and possess great attention to detail. * Ability to follow CWT's policies, procedures, and processes. * Good communication, organization, and time management skills. * Basic computer, mathematics, and problem-solving skills; ability to use a calculator. * Ability to use measuring devices (gauges, tapes, rulers). * Team player able to follow instructions from both management and peers. * Ability to learn and operate new equipment. Education and Experience: * Required: * High School Diploma or GED is Preferred * Must be at least 18 years of age or older. * Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. Desired Skills: Clear communication skills (the ideal candidate will to communicate with doctors, sales reps and international counterparts via telephone and email). Analytical skills/critical thinking Attention to detail Strong work ethic and time management Would prefer a candidate with some medical experience whether job-related or through education; i.e. FDA knowledge, or anatomy, etc. Accurately records and logs all complaint information from customers and client employees into the electronic complaint handling database. Records and reports complaints to manufacturers of distributed products as stated in distribution agreements. Acknowledges receipt of complaint and generates closure letters, as appropriate. Assists with complaint reportability determinations (e.g., MDR, Vigilance, etc.). Provides information necessary for completion of regulatory reports (e.g., MDR, Vigilance, etc.). Assures timely complaint closure, meeting both internal and external requirements and goals, by tracking complaints and samples from the customer thru file closure. Completes complaint file closure activities. Continuously monitors complaints for potential trends. Responsible for the secure and accurate maintenance of the complaint database.

WORK SHIFT DAY (United States of America) SUMMARY OF DUTIES Responsible for pulling parts and supplies from the warehouse which are needed for production. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED 1. Obtains parts from the warehouse for use in production and verifies the part's lot number to ensure that the proper materials are used. 2.
