Job Description About the Role: The Made in Oregon Store Stockperson plays a critical role in maintaining the efficient operation of the retail environment by ensuring that all merchandise is properly received, organized, and displayed. This position is responsible for managing inventory flow from the stockroom to the sales floor, which directly impacts product availability and customer satisfaction. The Stockperson collaborates closely with store management and sales associates to replenish stock in a timely manner and maintain an orderly and safe stockroom. Responsibilities Merchandise Stocking Stock shelves and displays; ensuring products are arranged in an organized and appealing manner If necessary, rotate stock to reduce waste or damage Ensure that sales floor and displays are clean, tidy, and free from obstructions Inventory Report inventory discrepancies to the Store Manager Organization Organize stockroom area to ensure accessibility and cleanliness Remove and report any damaged goods Other Work closely with Store Team to ensure displays are well-stocked and appealing to customers Participate in training sessions as needed Knowledge and experience Attention to detail and organization while multi-tasking Written and verbal communication skills Time management Problem solving Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
