Adhere to product temperature and storage requirements; follow proper packaging techniques. Process administrative paperwork and maintain accurate department records. Product Preparation & Equipment Implement correct product preparation techniques. Safely use and operate department equipment and tools, including: Pallet jack, hand truck, scissors, knives, safety cutters Sterilox machine (or similar sanitizing equipment) Compliance & Regulatory Requirements Ensure compliance with retail labeling laws, federal and state regulations, Company policies, and code-dating standards.
