Bus drivers are responsible for the safe delivery of students to and from school along set routes, adherence to school bus safety and bus stop safety standards, and daily vehicle inspections, among other duties. Pay Range: $21.00- $27.35 ($21.00 for new hires)
Sign-on Bonus of up to $3,000 for experienced drivers (Fully licensed CDL holders with P&S endorsement) $1,000 for non experienced drivers.
Responsibilities:
Drive a school bus route - picking up and dropping off student passengers at established stops on the route.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
Attend and participate in monthly safety meetings.
Clean bus as necessary to maintain a professional appearance and positive company image.
As requested or desired to drive students on field trips, activity trips and charter runs to transport students and other passengers to and from their destinations.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years or older
Must have a minimum of 5 years verifiable driving history
Ability and willingness to obtain a CDL
Complete a comprehensive CDL training program

A Dispatcher is under the supervision of the Terminal Manager and is responsible for communicating with drivers, school district personnel and parents for daily routes, trips and extra curricular activities of students for our clients. * Follow company policies regarding pupil/client management and relations with parents, teachers, guardians, and the public in general.
* As requested by the Manager, verify route turn for turn sheets and note any route changes with written notes.
* As requested by the Manager, make additional directional or landmark notations on bus route sheets to assist future new or substitute bus, observe and track route timing, such as total time on-route; time between stops; loading and unloading drivers.
* As requested by the Manager times or any other requested information for the purpose of establishing route efficiency.
* Keep records and submit reports as required. This includes all documentation for complaints, accidents, routing changes, etc.
* Assist manager with monthly billing, payroll, account receivables, account payables and month-end requirements.
* Assist manager in ensuring all drivers complete all necessary job-related training and attend driver safety meetings.
