Housekeeper Position Summary:
Responsible for the cleaning and overall appearance of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas while following Suburban Inns' Core Values and Hilton standards as well as going above and beyond to ensure that guests are 100% satisfied.
Housekeeper Essential Functions:
Report to work in uniform presented professionally, neat, and clean
Greet all guests in a friendly, positive manner. Ask questions of guests and make personal connections to make them feel they are welcome and valued
Anticipate and meet the needs and expectations of our guests, then go one step further
Communicate regularly with the Executive or Assistant Executive Housekeeper to ensure all early outs, late check outs, etc. are taken care of accordingly
Stock housekeeping carts with supplies and amenities needed throughout the shift
Clean rooms according to Suburban Inns and Hilton standards
Scrub floor, shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet in bathroom
Remove all used guest amenities, linens, and garbage
Restock amenities (i.e., coffee, soap, shampoo, etc.)
Make beds while checking for damaged or stained linen at the same time
Dust and clean room furniture, decorations, appliances, and structural surfaces (i.e., wall fixtures, windowsills, vents, etc.)
Vacuum entire bedroom and hallway outside the door to the room
Complete extra tasks assigned (hallways, storage, extra items)
Return any room service trays to the break room
Return roll-aways and cribs with fresh linen to the appropriate storage rooms
Bring all dirty laundry to the laundry room
Sort dirty laundry according to type, while looking for stained linen at the same time and keeping those separate
Inspect rooms for safety and report any maintenance issues to the Executive or Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Report any special room issues (i.e., damage, smoke, pets, etc.) to the Executive or Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Report all missing or broken items and lost and found items to the Executive or Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Communicate to the Executive or Assistant Executive Housekeeper when rooms are cleaned
Ensure that all standards set by Suburban Inns and IHG are being followed at all times, while also maintaining a minimum of two rooms complete per hour
Assist in keeping all storage rooms organized
Maintain a positive attitude throughout the shift, and keep Team Member morale high
Exhibit regular and recurrent attendance records

Lay out and connect electrical wiring between controls and equipment, according to wiring diagrams, using electrician's hand tools
Inspect and test systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications or to detect and locate malfunctions
Record and report time, materials, faults, deficiencies, or other unusual occurrences on work orders
Install and test automatic, programmable, or wireless thermostats to minimize energy usage for heating or cooling
Adjust system controls to settings recommended by manufacturer to balance system
Recommend, develop, or perform preventive or general maintenance procedures, such as cleaning, power-washing, or vacuuming equipment, oiling parts, or changing filters

Position Summary:

Ability to work with various accounting and software applications.
Complete monthly bank reconciliation and intercompany processes.
Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting.
Assist auditor with all necessary year end documentation and closure of the books.
Determine loan payback schedules based on collaboration with financial analyst, owners, and VP of Finance.
Clerical duties are also required such as collecting, organizing, and filing paperwork, assisting Accounting Manager with any projects or tasks requested, and handling routine correspondence while following Suburban Inns, federal, state, and/or other laws and regulations laws.
Undertake special projects requested by the VP of Finance.

Server Position Summary:
Responsible for providing food and beverage service to all guests, while following local health department standards, Suburban Inns/Big E's standards, and Suburban Inns' Core Values, as well as going above and beyond to ensure that guests are 100% satisfied.
Server Essential Functions:

Perform the following when the Executive Housekeeper is off, or as needed:
Print off housekeeping task sheets for the day and assign to the housekeepers scheduled, making note of any late checkouts. Also assign hallways and extra tasks
Collect and store all lost and found items as soon as they are recovered. Items must be kept for 90 days
Enter all clean rooms into the computer system
Communicate regularly with the front desk to ensure all early outs, late check outs, etc. are taken care of accordingly
Clean rooms, public areas, and assist with laundry as needed according to Suburban Inns and brand standards
Inspect all due out rooms to ensure the cleanliness exceeds Suburban Inns and brand standards
When a problem is found in a room, the housekeeper must be sent back to correct it immediately, with guidance if needed
Inspect for safety issues and report any maintenance issues to the maintenance department
Report any special room issues (i.e., damage, smoke, pets, etc.) to the Guest Service Manager, AGM, or GM for charges to be applied
Address Team Member issues and concerns in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. Communicate any and all concerns to the Executive Housekeeper
Ensure that all standards set by Suburban Inns and brand are being followed at all times
Put away deliveries as soon as they arrive in order to ensure all storage rooms are fully stocked
Make certain storage rooms are organized, and notify the Executive Housekeeper if anything needs to be ordered

Position Summary:
Responsible for providing strong sales techniques and excellent guest service, according to Suburban Inns' Core Values and brand standards, as well as going above and beyond to ensure that guests are 100% satisfied. The Night Auditor is also responsible for closing out the business day in PMS (Property Management System)
Essential Functions:
* Greet all guests in a friendly, positive manner. Ask questions of guests and make personal connections to
make them feel they are welcome and valued
* Consult with 2nd shift about the occurrences of the evening
* Read Quore and add any comments necessary throughout the shift.
* Run night audit reports and follow the shift checklists each day, completing every task in order to ensure
smooth and efficient hotel operations
* Assist with the closing of the pool when needed
* Investigate out of balance situations
* Make adjustments to accounts as needed
* Prepare Express Checkouts, if applicable
* Complete the DOR (Daily Operations Report) and put with the night audit packet
* Maintain a neat and clean workspace at the front desk and adjacent areas, including vacuuming the front
desk and office area
* Perform property walk-arounds as needed throughout the shift, and address all issues encountered. All
trash, used towels, room service trays, etc. must be picked up. Keep eyes open for any and all safety and
security issues. Report any problems to the appropriate department and General Manager
* Responsible for the settlement and reconciling of guest accounts and paperwork
* Balance cash drawer and make appropriate cash drops
* Set up continental breakfast buffet, if applicable
* Exhibit regular and recurrent attendance records

Position Requirements:
Minimum Knowledge: Requires ability to interpret/extract information and/or perform arithmetic functions. May
require typing, basic computer knowledge, record keeping, or word processing. Good communication skills
Formal Education and Job-Related Experience: This position requires a minimum formal education of a high school diploma or equivalent related experience.
License, Training, and/or Certification Required: CPR Training (may be completed upon hire).
Work Schedule: Work regularly requires or varies between day, evening, night, holiday, and/or weekend
assignments. Schedule varies according to business demands and needs.

Uniform: Uniform and name tag provided. Close-toed shoes are the responsibility of the Team Member.
