Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Bergen County regional programming including:
Ensuring aggressive short-term and long-term business growth
Partner relationships and management
Strategic schedule building and administration
Oversight of day to day operations
Budget management and efficiency
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development and Marketing:
Identify and execute strategic business opportunities for all Super Soccer Stars programs
Build and manage mutually beneficial relationships with schools, recreation departments, communitycenters, parks, partnership programs and other facilities through supervision and effectivecommunication
Ensure optimization of brand presence at all programming sites and generate maximum revenue from existing partnerships
Manage community outreach by developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses and grassroots organizations
Oversee local marketing strategy, both as it relates to national and grassroot campaigns
Set up and coordinate promotional events
Financial Management:
Liaise with executive team to review P&L numbers and effectively manage budget and control expenses
Analyze profitability of current locations and partnerships, minimize expenses, and improve regional operational processes
Manage regional accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently
Oversee purchasing, disbursement, and inventory of regional equipment
Customer Service
Maintain a hands-on implementation of all Super Soccer Stars customer service standards to ensure 24 hour turnaround on all customer inquiries
Ensure regular communication practices are upheld and executed to company standards
Handle escalated issues swiftly within Super Soccer Stars standards and to maximum customer service satisfaction
Program Administration
Implement and ensure execution of regional administrative timelines
Analyze and build schedules for classes and camps
Manage process of securing permits and renewing contracts
Oversee weather administration and communication
Oversee staffing strategy and management
Local Administrative and Staff Management
Hire, train and schedule local staff ensuring office and administrative coverage 7 days / week
Ensure all tasks and projects are brought to completion in an urgent and timely manner
Schedule regular meetings with staff to review performance and goals, handle disciplinary action, andact as first chair on yearly review

The SSU Coaching Manager (NY-Metro) is responsible for overseeing quality control within our Advanced Soccer Program in the NY-Metro territory. This candidate will provide exemplary levels of coach mentorship, training and management across Soccer Stars United classes in the NY-Metro region. The Coaching Manager will report to the Vice President of Soccer Stars.
Responsibilities:
Spearhead delivery of SSU Curriculum across all SSU classes to ensure class quality and consumer satisfaction
Maintain a hands-on approach to management, training and mentorship of SSU Coaching Team
Implement seasonal recruiting and hiring strategies and maintain thorough onboarding practices
Conduct year-round coach training and development seminars to ensure best practices across classes and programs
Track and resolve escalated quality control issues in accordance with organizational practices
Collaborate with Coaching Department to conduct seasonal staffing on back-end system
Complete regular observations and provide measurable feedback

Requirements
Extensive background in sports coaching or applicable coaching leadership experience. Soccer coaching a plus.
Experience in education program or recreational program management is plus
Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role.

TGA Premier Sports in Bergen County is one of the fastest growing TGA franchises and we NEED COACHES! This posting is specifically for individuals who would love to teach the game of golf to KIDS.
We are looking for responsible individuals who are passionate about teaching kids. TGA uses youth sports as the vehicle to teach kids ages 5-14 a skill, while incorporating education, character development, and proper etiquette. We do it in the comfort of their own school or community. We do all this while making FUN and SAFETY our two top priorities.
Coaches can work 1 days per week all the way to 7 days per week, getting 2-5 hours per day during the school year and up to 6+ hours during the summer.
We are looking for both lead and assistant coaches. Coaches must be at least 16 years of age. We train all staff on the TGA curriculum, so extensive coaching experience is not required.
We have programs year round and work with coaches' flexible schedules. We have programs all over Bergen County, and will do our best to schedule you close by where you would be driving from. We will compensate for travel if we ask you to drive more then 10 miles to a location.

Day-to-day Roles and Responsibilities:

TGA uses youth sports as the vehicle to teach kids ages 5-14 a skill, while incorporating education, character development, and proper etiquette. Coaches can work 1 days per week all the way to 7 days per week, getting 2-5 hours per day during the school year and up to 6+ hours during the summer.
We are looking for both lead and assistant coaches. Coaches must be at least 16 years of age. We train all staff on the TGA curriculum, so extensive coaching experience is not required.
We have programs year round and work with coaches' flexible schedules. We have programs all over Bergen County, and will do our best to schedule you close by where you would be driving from. We will compensate for travel if we ask you to drive more then 10 miles to a location.
