Administers injectable medications and vaccines as delegated by the provider once this individual has been trained and received approval to perform administrations. 8.) Provide direct patient support when needs arise or at the provider's direction. Example but not limited to: escorting to exam rooms, positioning for exams, assisting with mobility or dressing, and completing patient forms. 9.) Informs patients of test results per the provider's instructions, documents patient communications and close referral loops. 10.) Assists in reporting communicable diseases to Public Health. 11.) Keeps rooms clean, orderly and stocked with adequate medical supplies, sterilize equipment as required. Non-Essential Functions 1.)
