The Retail Systems Development Analyst is responsible for assisting the Lead, Retail Systems Development in customization of existing and new application systems to meet unique requirements of the business and end user. The analyst will identify testing processes for new software in a lab environment and has the ability to meet projected timelines, which is extremely important. A high degree of personal responsibility and communication is essential.

Conduct testing and documentation for current and new retail software.Assist as a backup to Research Development Lead (i.e. finalizing existing projects and documentation) Test transactions within software, identify gaps and make software updates to EFT terminals Create/Edit instructional and informational documentation to assist in the function and use of software/hardware for both internal and external clients (including deployment of new technology/features and changes to existing system/steps) Train store employees on software/hardware use and function as needed Communicate with 3rd party vendors with any development/production issues and seek resolution Travel Required:Yes

Investment Systems Analyst/Developer

Department: Information Technology

Report to: Senior Investment Systems Analyst

Location: Boston, MA

Responsibilities:

* Implementation and improvement of new and existing investment systems.
* Work closely with trading desk and investment teams to develop and implement solutions that will enhance performance, efficiency, and workflows.
* Support existing systems.

Qualifications and Technical Skills:

* Minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
* Three plus years of relevant software development experience with strong analysis, design, and modeling skills. Financial services industry preferred.
* Proficiency in SQL programming (Stored Procedures, Cursors, SSIS Packages, etc.) along with database modeling and design, primarily using Microsoft SQL Server.
* Strong data import/export skills using standard ETL tools like SSIS
* Proficiency in JAVA and/or C#
* Conscientious and detailed orientated.
* Experience working as part of a project team and taking ownership of task deliverables within the project setting.
* Strong documentation and writing skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
* Experience with one or more of the following will be considered a plus:
* Charles River Investment Management System
* Markit EDM Platform
* Data Warehouse Implementation
* Business intelligence tools such as Power BI
* Web Development using ASP .NET & Angular
* Report development using Crystal Reports, SSRS etc.

Job Description Working with an experienced and creative PLM team you will build applications that support the development of advanced technology and help optimize the processes to bring those products to market.

We are looking for a Programmer / Systems Analyst Senior Principal to help this team bring more PLM capabilities to BAE Systems.

This career will give you the opportunity to work myriad projects in a team environment, but also challenge the energetic individual to be creative and consider approaches to solving application challenges.
In this job, you will:

* Build and support PLM capabilities, such as Bill of Material (BOM) management and change management. Create new capabilities and extend those from the PLM vendor.
* Enhance the environment to support AS9145 processes and unite engineering development artifacts as a "digital thread" bringing to life a Model Based Engineering (MBE) capability. All to support and present a complete product information set.
* Provide customer support to a diverse population ensuring the system can meet their requirements.
* Develop an integrated model between Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems and the PLM central database.
* Integrate systems using a variety of techniques including web services, RESTful APIs, and database connections. E.g. the current PLM environment ties into our test stands, data warehouse and 3 ERP systems.
* Upgrade PLM environments to maintain supportability, compliance and take advantage of the latest software developments.
* Install new 3DExperience releases exploring new features and analyzing and planning an upgrade process.
* Analyze infrastructure components and the various services underpinning the PLM environment, including RHEL servers, TomEE, Javascript and Java programs, and log mining. Monitor and improve performance of applications servers; diagnose and optimize performance of custom code; develop applications with strict adherence to security compliance measures.

Coordinate and lead development teams to bring these PLM solutions to life.

Typical Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent software engineering experience.

Working knowledge of PLM and 7+ years of experience implementing PLM applications.

Proficient with Java, JavaScript, Tcl, SQL, PLM, MBE, code management, application debugging, and software testing methodologies.

Bachelor's or Master's degree

3 -5 years implementing Dassault Systemes 3DExperience PLM software.

Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Tcl, MQL, SQL, PLM, MBE, code management, application debugging, and software testing methodologies.
