The technical project lead manager develops and implements training procedures and plans for all technical personnel. They lead, monitor, and motivate different teams across the company. They participate in the allocation of budget, staff, and other resources required to accomplish projects. Also, they research and review hardware and software technology options for each project. As a technical project lead manager, you are in charge of managing complex problems. You plan and manage both IT and IT-related projects. This includes brainstorming projects, planning the project, scheduling and designating tasks to team members, and executing each project phase.
Employers require a minimum of a bachelor's degree in any IT-related field and at least three years of working experience in a project management role from applicants. To succeed as a technical project lead manager, you need analytical, problem-solving, organization, decision-making, collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
