Boston, MA Part Time | Experienced Salary: $50-$75/hour (based on experience)
We are seeking skilled clinicians with Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or Hybrid OR experience to deliver device training, procedural support, and clinical education to hospital teams in the Boston metro region.
This independent contractor (1099) role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work closely with advanced vascular intervention technologies. This is a purely clinical position - not sales.

Key Responsibilities
Provide live case support and procedural in-servicing for vascular devices.
Lead hands-on training sessions in Cath Lab, IR, and Hybrid OR environments.
Assist in onboarding and clinical education for new accounts.
Track and report all training activities accurately.
Required Qualifications
Procedural experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or Hybrid OR involving vascular intervention/vascular access (RCIS, RT(R), CVT, RN).
Strong communication and education skills.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel locally/regionally.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience providing medical device education or in-servicing.
Knowledge of thrombectomy and DVT/PE devices.
Compensation & Perks
$50-$75/hour based on experience.
IRS-standard mileage reimbursement.
Part-time/PRN schedule (generally 1-3 days per week).

Job Description
Overview
A leading hospital system in Southern New Hampshire is seeking an accomplished RN Manager for its Trauma Program. This position leads all aspects of trauma services at a Level III Trauma Center-ensuring continuous readiness, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance while fostering collaboration across emergency services and regional trauma networks.
The ideal candidate is a clinically skilled, data-driven nursing leader passionate about advancing trauma system performance, staff development, and patient safety.
Responsibilities
Lead all operational and quality initiatives within the trauma program
Serve as liaison among EMS, fire, police, and regional trauma partners
Collaborate with the Trauma Medical Director to ensure alignment with ACS and state guidelines
Oversee trauma registry data collection, case reviews, and performance improvement
Direct preparation for trauma designation and site visits
Respond to trauma activations during administrative hours, ensuring clinical excellence
Maintain current knowledge of trauma care standards, policy updates, and new technologies
Mentor staff and facilitate ongoing education related to trauma response
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Active RN license (NH or Compact)
Minimum 3 years of recent trauma or emergency care experience in an acute setting
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
Preferred:
Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)
Prior leadership or program management experience
Familiarity with trauma registry management and ACS verification processes
