    Boston, MA Part Time | Experienced Salary: $50-$75/hour (based on experience) We are seeking skilled clinicians with Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or Hybrid OR experience to deliver device training, procedural support, and clinical education to hospital teams in the Boston metro region. This independent contractor (1099) role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work closely with advanced vascular intervention technologies. This is a purely clinical position - not sales. Lead hands-on training sessions in Cath Lab, IR, and Hybrid OR environments. Assist in onboarding and clinical education for new accounts. Track and report all training activities accurately. Required Qualifications Procedural experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or Hybrid OR involving vascular intervention/vascular access (RCIS, RT(R), CVT, RN). Strong communication and education skills. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel locally/regionally. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing medical device education or in-servicing. Knowledge of thrombectomy and DVT/PE devices. Compensation & Perks $50-$75/hour based on experience. IRS-standard mileage reimbursement. Part-time/PRN schedule (generally 1-3 days per week). Full product training provided. This position leads all aspects of trauma services at a Level III Trauma Center-ensuring continuous readiness, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance while fostering collaboration across emergency services and regional trauma networks. The ideal candidate is a clinically skilled, data-driven nursing leader passionate about advancing trauma system performance, staff development, and patient safety.
