Perform focused neuro and ortho assessments; complete neuro checks, maintain spine precautions, and manage traction/external fixators as ordered.
Manage drains, wound vacs, DVT prophylaxis, and multimodal post-op pain control (PCA/epidural/oral).
Mobilize early with PT/OT; implement fall-prevention and pressure-injury bundles.

Coordinate diagnostics/consults; keep throughput and discharge readiness on track.
