Support early project phases through coordination meetings and stakeholder engagement.
Contribute to business unit meetings, pursuits, and resource forecasting.
Recruit, develop, and maintain BIM talent to strengthen both shop and field operations.
Identify, onboard and manage external BIM resources as needed.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
High school diploma or GED
Five (5) years of progressive experience in BIM/VDC operations, detailing or construction project management
Prior leadership or supervisory experience a plus
Comprehensive knowledge of Engineering, BIM and Construction processes.
