The Manager of Event and Dining Operations, in support of the Director, will focus on upholding the museum's brand of excellence while ensuring the execution of visitor dining, hospitality, and events. Foster a positive, proactive, and collaborative working environment between the Operator (third party food vendor) and the museum including, but not limited to the following departments: marketing, development/membership, learning and engagement, visitor services, retail, finance, executive office, and facilities.

Regularly review and attend internal and external (facility rental) events, to assure that continuous excellent customer service, quality, and a high level of professionalism are maintained by Operator, museum team members, and external contractors providing services.

Your background and experience include:

POSITION SUMMARY:
Holt International finds and supports permanent, loving families for children who are orphaned, abandoned or at serious risk of separation from their family. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (to be completed within timeframes outlined by the Social Service Director):
1. Determines a family's ability and capacity to parent an adopted child by conducting pre-home study meetings as requested, reviewing and assessing agency-requested information, evaluating the family's knowledge and perceptions of adoption, teaching adoption education courses as needed, and conducting psycho-social assessments of family members.
2. Contributes to the delivery of high-quality adoption services by producing adoption home studies and post placement reports that comply with provided guidelines and meet current agency, state, country and USCIS requirements.
3. Provides support and case management of all assigned families by maintaining quarterly contacts throughout process, communicating information to the family, referring family to appropriate community support systems when necessary and documenting all correspondence in Holt's database.
4. Prepares family for travel and assists with post placement adjustment by providing training and identifying resources available to help meet the child's needs and aid in the child's adjustment to the family. Conduct home visits as required by state law and country program guidelines, assist in early identification of problematic issues, and make a determination regarding the stability and appropriateness of the placement.

Assures child's physical and emotional well-being and eases family's adjustment by providing counseling to the child and family and/or helping arrange for counseling with a clinician outside the agency if needed. In case of an adoption disruption or dissolution, maintain relationship with family to ensure transition plan is developed that meets the child's needs. Assist child and family with transition of child to new placement.
6. Contributes to public knowledge about Holt and supports Holt programs by participating in activities arranged by Holt including picnics or parent groups, representing Holt at adoption meetings, coalitions and organizations, and performing other outreach activities as appropriate.
7. Maintains professional knowledge by attending relevant seminars and course work, keeping informed about State regulations, legislation, adoption issues and child-related issues overseas; maintaining license, if required.

JOB SUMMARY: The Probation Officer plays a pivotal role in carrying out the work of the Court and furthering the primary mission of Probation Services to ensure the safety and protection of the community, uphold offender accountability, and aid in offender rehabilitation. The Probation Officer is expected to supervise offenders both in the office and in the field, based on the level of assigned supervision or need. The Probation Officer must be able to build rapport with others and to interact effectively and cooperatively with law enforcement and human services agency/treatment personnel. Excellent communication skills are thus essential. The Probation Officer also attends and provides testimony during hearings and other Court proceedings. This is a peace officer classification; the Probation Officer has powers of arrest for offenders under the jurisdiction of the Adams County Court of Common Pleas. The Probation Officer may carry an approved, office-issued firearm upon satisfactory completion of the established Pennsylvania County Probation Officers Firearm Commission course and receipt of certification. Peters Institute is a nationally recognized provider delivering expert clinical care for individuals suffering from the effects of trauma and for individuals with a history of sexual misbehavior and/or relational violence. Our Adult Safety & Responsibility Program provides specialized services for adults with sexual behavioral problems (including charges and/or conviction of a sexual offense) and adults with relational violence histories.
The Forensic Evaluator will perform Comprehensive Biopsychosocial Evaluations (CBEs), including psychosexual risk assessments, as well as Comprehensive Biopsychosocial Re-evaluations (CBRs). Evaluations are conducted by interviewing participants as well as other parties involved in participants' care. The Evaluator will write comprehensive evaluation reports for submission to the supervising psychologist.
WORKSITES:
* Adult SRP evaluations are conducted at JJPI's Chestnut St. Clinic in Center City Philadelphia.
* Reports may be completed remotely.
* Clinical meetings and scheduled supervision may occur on-site or virtually.
SCHEDULE:
* Approx. 8 to 24 hours per week (addl. hours may be available with Adult and/or Youth SRP depending on program needs)
* Evaluation appointments typically occur during morning and afternoon hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform outpatient Comprehensive Biopsychosocial Evaluations (CBE) and Comprehensive Biopsychosocial Re-evaluations (CBRs) for adults as part of a team and under the supervision of a psychologist.
* Interview participants and other parties involved in participants' care.
* Administer psychometric measures and interpret results.
* Write and submit comprehensive evaluation reports no later than two weeks after the date of evaluation.

* Adhere to JJPI's policy for completing documentation in Credible, including submission of invoicing on a biweekly basis.
* Communicate preliminary treatment recommendations to probation/parole for court-involved clients.

Responsibilities
New product setup
Work with management to implement new product listings on Amazon, digital marketplaces, and other digital channels.
