Theracare
is currently seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to deliver exemplary care and enthusiasm in working with our adult population in both the Skilled Nursing and Home Health Care settings. This is a Full Time position including skilled nursing facilities in Warsaw and Wabash along with the delivery of Home Health services in the surrounding areas. Qualifications
The Physical Therapist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, to relieve pain, improve movement and function. The Physical Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Physical Therapy
Current state license/certification
Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board
Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation
