* Assist with goal development based on assessment data and knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis
* Implement behavior support to decrease behaviors that interfere with learning
* Discuss progress and generalization of skills with parents/caregivers
* Provide training in ABA principles to improve deficits in communication, socialization, and independence
* Provide training in ABA principles to decrease behaviors that interfere with learning
* Provide caregiver training to generalize skills across settings. Trainings will include descriptions of the interventions, modeling the interventions, and providing opportunities for parents to practice the intervention and receive feedback.
* Complete monthly case reviews of the client's progress and recommendations for troubleshooting lessons where needed

What You'll Do
* Deliver direct ABA therapy to children in our brand new Elk Grove Center
* Conduct parent/caregiver education and assist in functional behavior assessments (under BCBA guidance)
* Design individualized ABA programs using evidence-based practices, including Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions
* Collect and analyze behavioral data, complete session documentation, and assist with case management
* Provide clinical support and model best practices for entry-level Behavior Technicians
* Participate in individual and group supervision with a designated BCBA to accrue required hours toward certification
* Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure treatment fidelity and goal alignment across clients
* Attend training sessions, team meetings, and mentorship opportunities to support your ongoing growth
Who You Are
* Enrolled in or recently completed a Masters program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
* Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing (required)
* Experience delivering ABA services with children diagnosed with autism or developmental disorders Previous experience as a Lead RBT or with mentoring newer technicians is preferred
* Passionate about clinical growth and building foundational supervision skills
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; team-oriented mindset
* Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Qualifications:
* Full-time schedules of 7:45am-3:30pm in schools, 8:00am-4:00pm in centers, and 7:45am-7:00pm for combined settings.
* Part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm - flexibility for those juggling between school!
* High school diploma or higher degree
* Previous experience in childcare or a related field is preferred
* Must be willing to drive to Sacramento and nearby centers
* Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle), active license, and have current/active auto insurance
* Must have current vaccinations (MMR, HEP B, Tdap, Varicella) and TB test within the last year
* Must have flu vaccination completed annually
