Position Responsibilities Include:

Job Purpose: The purpose of the Operating Partner position is to manage the KMG restaurant operations assigned toward total guest satisfaction, sales growth, efficiency, and maximum profitability. The OP oversees all restaurant operation in the assigned location.
To achieve this, it is the responsibility of the OP to provide positive leadership and support to any Associate Partner (AP), Shift Specialists (SS), and Other Restaurant Staff that report directly to the OP; regularly review restaurant performance, promote Freddy's in the assigned restaurant community; conduct inspections, ensure compliance with company policies/procedures and government regulations; work to motivate and develop the skills of the management staff, and perform all other duties necessary to meet company objectives.
This is accomplished in part through the following functions.
Essential Functions
A. Managing Financial Performance and Overall Operations
1. Provides input and recommendations to the ADO in preparing an annual forecast and business plan for the restaurant managed and when plan is approved, continuously monitors store performanceas compared to this plan, taking action and/or making recommended adjustments to the ADO.
2. Recommends and Implements approved Local Store Marketing (LSM) Programs in coordination with the ADO and other OP's as appropriate for each period, and quarter.
Continuously analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of all marketing programs' impact on the restaurant supervised.
Assists direct reports in development, recommendation and implementation of LSM initiatives through restaurant action plans.
3. Manages accomplishment of Key Financial Measures:
a. Cost of Sales, Labor Cost and Store-Controllables factors are analyzed on a daily, weekly, and accounting period basis for the restaurant and takes steps to correct any unacceptable variance from established standards and financial plan.
b. Ensures compliance with cash control and security procedures.
c. Ensures appropriate product inventories are maintained and are consistent with projected business
d. Maintains high quality standards within budgeted expense objectives.
B. Team Member Relations and Supervision
4. Recruits, selects, hires, trains, and promotes qualified team members and ensures that adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times for business conditions.
5. Develops, coaches, and disciplines direct reports to performance of the goals and objectives for their positions while maintaining operational excellence and Brand systems requirements.
6. Ensures KMG's desired culture is cultivated and maintained at all staff levels within the restaurant.
7. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures regarding employment matters.
8. Conducts regular performance reviews for all management staff supervised.

Job Purpose: The purpose of the Associate Partner position is to support the Operating Partner with the day-to-day operations in the restaurant by providing leadership, motivating team members, and meeting operational expectations. The Operating Partner is responsible for helping drive sales, profitability and the culture in the restaurant while maintaining a consistent customer experience and operational compliance.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Ensure overall team commitment to Freddy's and KMG's standards of Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness.
2. Apply situational management to daily operations.
3. Correct operational mistakes with the goal of satisfying the guest.
4. Provide motivational support to team members.
5. Manage team schedules.
6. Exhibit leadership through a supportive presence during shifts.
7. Ensures all required training programs and LTO's are planned for and implemented effectively in the assigned restaurant.
8. Assess team member performance, assist with coaching, development, and training.
9. Demonstrate respect for individual team members and show appreciation for their efforts and contributions.
10. Ensure hospitality-focused culture.
11. Focus on efficiencies in production, labor, and food costs.
12. Ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
13. Maintain good vendor relations.
14. Promote the delivery and rollout of new products, marketing initiatives, technology, operational programs, and procedures.
15. Communicate with Operating Partner, Area Director of Operations, and Director of Operations on issues which drive the improvement of operations.
16. Handle and resolve guest issues with the commitment to satisfactory resolutions.
17. Demonstrate a commitment to increasing efficiencies in operations and staffing.
18. Ability to make good decisions under pressure.
19. Support strategies to ensure operational progress, sales growth, and team member retention.
20. Other responsibilities as assigned within the scope of the position.

1. Three to five years Restaurant Management or other related experience generally required.

A Day in Your Taziki's Life
As a Grill Cook, your day kicks off with the heart of our operation - prepping fresh ingredients for exceptional meals. You'll greet your team, review the prep sheet, and dive into the tasks ahead. Throughout your shift, you'll ensure the quality of products and follow recipes for your station, all while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. From preparing catering orders to crafting made-to-order dishes for Dine-In and Take-Out, you'll work closely with your team to deliver an outstanding dining experience. After a busy day, you'll set up your evening team, assist during the \Thru\ period, or take online training courses to expand your skills.
Your Activities
As a Grill Cook, you'll be responsible for your prep and your station. Your activities will include setting up and stocking stations, handling/cooking food products with care to minimize waste, mastering the menu and product knowledge, maintaining hygiene and appearance standards, accurately preparing fresh food items, managing orders efficiently, upholding Health Department Standards, and keeping the kitchen area clean and organized with a sense of urgency.

Your Talents
While previous cooking experience is preferred, it's not required! We value your passion, work ethic, and ability to operate kitchen equipment. Good communication skills and a Food Handler's card are necessary, and you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, both working independently and collaborating with the team. Previous experience is a plus with Char-grills, Flat Top grills, knife handling skills and time management as well as great communication.
Your Working Conditions/Hours
As a Grill Cook, you'll work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment, using equipment like flattop and char grills, ovens, slicers, knives, mixers, and food processors. Your hours may vary, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Your Physical Requirements
Being part of the Taziki's Kitchen Team requires standing for prolonged periods, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products weighing up to 50 pounds to chest height safely. Speed and accuracy in executing orders to our standards are essential for this role.
