Job Description We are seeking a quality-driven automotive technician specializing in European and Exotic vehicles to fill an open position with our friendly Post Falls team. Our ideal candidate will be confident running diagnostic equipment to identify and complete automotive repairs to electrical and software systems. Compensation: $50 hourly potential DOE Responsibilities: Conduct routine maintenance, as needed, such as fluid level checks, tire rotations, brake pad replacement, or oil changes Apply a checklist-based approach to ensure a comprehensive examination of all vehicle systems, including the engine, air conditioning, transmission, and brake systems Follow all manufacturer specifications for vehicle system repairs to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and facilitate returning business Create protocols for tracking diagnostic tests and repairs, acquiring necessary technical manuals, and more throughout our dealerships Determine and investigate any malfunction codes in the vehicle's integrated diagnostic system using skilled expertise and diagnostic tools Qualifications: Completion of a certified post-secondary training program is mandatory; an associate degree is ideal Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory Automotive Service Excellence /ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers /SAE certification is preferred High school diploma or GED is required About Company Our expert team has been well-trained to become leaders in our industry to put you back on the road quickly and happily. Top technicians gross up to $130,000 annually; team averages exceed $80,000. An extra $5.00 per hour for Warranty Work.
