The Air Separation Plant Manager has overall responsibility for employee's and Production of cryogenic materials and pipeline gases at the site. These duties include Quality control, personnel and training issues, environmental compliance, equipment maintenance and accounting of plant costs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Plant reliability and scheduling of operation. LOCATION AND HOURS OF WORK Typical hours for this position are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at Matheson's Air Separation Plant. This is a full-time position, does require some traveling. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Manages one subordinate supervisor who supervises a total of 8-10 Plant Operators. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
