Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelors degree in business, finance or a related field and 6+ years commercial lending, loan management and bank sales experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Loan management experience.
Extensive knowledge of bank products, credit, commercial lending and loan management techniques.
Ability to expand loans, client relationships and bank products.
Must have strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills needed to create relationships with loan clients.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
