This hands-on position assists with traffic control, pavement marking, and general roadway work while helping maintain safe and compliant work zones. This position may work across multiple crews and plays a key role in protecting the traveling public and project teams. Prepare, load, and unload trucks, materials, and equipment. Drive company vehicles to, from, and on active job sites. Perform flagging duties and assist with directing traffic as needed. Place and remove pavement markers and assist with roadway striping operations. Work as part of various crews, including traffic control, line striping, and general labor, based on project needs. Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned based on project needs. Qualifications: Valid drivers license (CDL a plus, but not required) Membership in Laborers union (may join after being hired) ATSSA certification(s) a plus but not required High school diploma or GED Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Schedule & Availability Requirements: This role requires schedule flexibility, including days, nights, weekends, overtime, and periodic travel to support project demands. Seeking Flaggers with excellent communication skills to work as a team to control traffic and pedestrians moving safely around worksite. They will set up and control work zones using traffic cones, arrow boards, signs, and hand signals. Coast to Coast Flagging prioritizes safety. All team members, vehicles, and equipment will be compliant with OSHA, ATSSA, and MUTCD standards. The ideal candidates will possess a valid Traffic Control /Flagger Certificate. However, training is offered and certification will be provided to applicants who demonstrate strong professional work ethics and/or work-relevant experience. $15.00 - 20.00 per hour 401K available
