The National Air Duct Coordinator will be responsible for taking prepared estimates and communicating the information to General Contractors, Mechanical Engineers, and HVAC Contractors. The incumbent will be responsible for building and maintaining successful relationships within the air duct industry. The incumbent will be responsible for continuously updating and working with the National Air Duct Specialist and field managers. Responsible for assisting the National Air Duct Specialist with creating estimates when demand requires and other duties as necessary. Responsibilities: Take prepared estimates and communicate them to general contractors, mechanical engineers, and HVAC contractors Continuously follow up on bided jobs through job completion Track and input information into Microsoft Teams spreadsheet Maintain constant communication with National Air Duct Specialist and field managers Assist National Air Duct Specialist with creating estimates when demand requires Drive systemic sales growth Work with national air duct team to develop and continuously improve operational methods for air duct service line Track and report on all key air duct service and performance measurements Other tasks as assigned

Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned based on project needs.
