Take these steps to get started with us:
Fill out your application, then we will contact you for a short phone interview
We guide you through the initial paperwork and online application
Your application is reviewed by a Class A intake specialist
Upon approval, you'll attend a 1 1/2 day orientation
After orientation, you'll begin 4 weeks of on-the-road training
Following training, you'll take a short break at home 2-5 days to unwind
Once completed you'll then meet with your terminal manager to select your route and start as a full-time solo driver

Recently graduated from a 120-hour CDL training academy within the past 2 years
