Essential Functions-
Must ensure accounts are serviced quickly without leaving any messes
Safely drive and load glass from recycle bins into pickup from residential accounts throughout daily service area.
Will unload glass into storage box at company shop.
Will perform daily inspection of vehicles driven.
Will perform daily maintenance on dumper of garbage truck.
Report any vehicle defect needing correction to shop coordinator.
Ensure recycling storage areas at company shop are kept clean and organized.
Required Experience & Abilities-
Must be able to pass DOT drug screen test
Valid driver license and clean driving record for past three years
Meet company driving standards and comply with fleet safety policy
Work independently in absence of supervision
Understand and follow work orders and other oral or written instructions

Loads and unloads tanker/totes with lubricant products, both bulk and various package styles adhering to all Company and Governmental regulations.

Job Summary:
As a PTI Van Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting railroad crew members wherever the railroad requests. Trip length and times vary depending on railroad customer needs. Safety is always our #1 priority and should be the main focus for our Van Drivers. No prior professional driving experience required!

Responsibilities:
Promoting and practicing safety awareness
Prioritize on time performance to meet customer needs
Pick up and drop off our customers safely to their destinations
Provide excellent customer service
Communicate timely with our Dispatch Center
Open and close all doors/hatches for the crew members
Report any defects, mechanical problems, or missing items found during vehicle inspection to your supervisor
Promote and follow all company policies and procedures
All other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Responsibilities
Job Summary
Pick up and deliver customer vehicles to and from their place of business within the specified regional area.
Knowledge of all laws and regulations as they pertain to transporting commercial vehicles.
Adhere to all safety rules and procedures.
Ability to communicate customers concerns and needs in an honest and professional manner to service advisors.
Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative, able and willing to work with limited supervision.
Must have flexibility with schedules as some extended work hours may be required depending on the business need.

Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Must have valid CDL driver's license and be insurable with a clean driving record. 3 years commercial over the road experience.
Qualifications: Must be dependable and reliable. Must be professional and safety minded at all times. Excellent communication both verbal and written, listening skills. Good customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Able to work with minimal supervision and direction. Must adhere to all DOT regulations.
Job Conditions
Physical Demands: Continuous sitting for periods up to 10 hours, in the seat and cab of a tractor (truck) during various weather and driving conditions. Occasional walking, kneeling, squatting, stooping, reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling and climbing as necessary.
Environmental Demands: This position operates in all types of indoor and outdoor work environments, including inclement weather. Noise level is mild to moderate, which are normal for outdoor work.

Job Description
This job is on a 4 day/10 hour shift schedule.
CDL drivers are responsible for the safe, efficient transportation and delivery of donated goods and other materials to and from warehouses, retail stores and donation centers using company vehicles and equipment. Drivers also assist with accurately loading and unloading trucks and trailers and keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Drives trucks to and from stores, donation centers, donation events and warehouses, obeying all traffic laws and following security procedures to protect Goodwill vehicles and property
Assists in loading and unloading of trucks or trailers at each location; inspects and verifies that each load is secure prior to transport
Maintains accurate pick-up and delivery records, logs, inspection reports and incident reports as assigned
Performs safety inspections at the beginning and end of each shift and notifies immediate supervisor of any damage or needed maintenance
Complies with all state and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines
Maintains a clean, neat and orderly vehicle (interior and exterior)
Assists with material handling tasks as needed, including sorting donated goods, salvage goods, recyclables, garbage and hazardous materials into appropriate containers
Assists with operation of heavy equipment including compactors and balers

Experience
1 year of driving experience required
1 year of forklift experience preferred
1 year of warehouse experience preferred

Must have a valid Oregon CDL A license and an insurable driving record
Must be forklift certified or able to become forklift certified through Goodwill training
